some days

I really want to have more kids, I don't feel "done" with two.
Today, I am content with two.
Lily is sick again! Ick! She has a cough and runny nose. I don't feel that great myself, scratchy throat and some congestion- is it spring allergies or a cold, who knows? time will tell.
I feel bad because I have little patience for either child right now and with their bodily fluids.
Saturday both kids managed to pee on me. Lily got poop on me and all over herself too. Last night Lily coughed until she spewed not once, but twice. And now today my left shoulder is her own personal tissue. I know it could be worse, Lance could be throwing up and having a runny nose so I should focus on the positives, but I just want to whine a little bit. It feels like Lily just got over her cold and now she is sick again. I think we may have to become hermits if this continues. Bottom line, I am ready for the summertime when colds are rare.
